This weeks blog is very simple. In all goal setting & objectives systems, we talk about the BIG WHY! Every program you go through calls it something different. The key point is, it must be such a compelling 'why' that it will get you through and endure the how.
Nietzsche's quote: "If you know your why, you can endure any how"
This is key to you doing what you set out to do. It is the reminder of why you are putting up with all the &##$$ how in the world. When I try to lose weight, I don't think that I'll be able to fit into my clothes in the closet, it is much easier (and funner) to just buy a new wardrobe!
I must have a big why to get me through those 3 and 4 mile walks every day. These same why's get me to the gym, and keep me away from the Cheetos'. Why do I feel that I will achieve my goals? Because I have a HUGE WHY! What is yours?
