If you needed what you sold, would you buy from the company you represent? What are the benefits of dealing with you and your company’s offering? Is your product or service the best decision?
We all know that we must sell to our customers’ needs and wants, but how we present our products and services is critical. If we don’t believe in what we are selling, it will show in our presentation.
If all things are equal between you and your competition, sincerity will make the difference.
Time for a check-up from the neck up
I write this and speak only about sales, but the same goes for every other aspect of your company. Ask your team to think about these questions:
Would I trust my decisions?
Would I follow me?
What do I need to convince me that this plan is workable?
Would I do what I am asking them to do?
Is it fair?
Do I exhibit the integrity I require in others?
Just as a dog can sense fear, our clients and team members can feel insincerity. This topic doesn’t need a lot of detail. It needs your awareness. If you need a “check-up from the neck up” related to your company, let’s set up a 30-minute free consultation.
Self-awareness is hard work today, but will lead to a better tomorrow.
