Formed originally as Pinnacle Sales, LLC in 2001, we started as a sales and marketing agency. Over the years, we transitioned from sales training to its natural extension, leadership training. If you think of sales and leadership, the goals are essentially the same. In both instances, we attempt to get people to do things that we want them to do.
We changed the name to the Kole Performance Group in 2018, focusing more on business coaching and leadership development. With training and coaching certifications from the Zig Ziglar and John C. Maxwell organizations and becoming a DISC Consultant, we are equipped to focus on performance.

How we deliver our services
We work all around the world. Having delivered services on four Continents, 22 Countries, and 44 States, we are thankful for technology. In-person meetings, one-on-one meetings, group meetings, masterminds meetings, and Zoom meetings are all possible.
Our process begins with a 30-45-minute complimentary consultation. During this time, we identify the main issue to be addressed and your long-term goals. You will get a feel for how a session would work, so be prepared to work through a problem you are currently experiencing.
Rates
Our hourly rates are competitive, set for 2025 at $289 per hour for a one-off session. We don’t believe in one-and-done coaching, so we offer discounts on long-term bi-weekly coaching agreements.
In addition to 1:1 coaching, our workshops have flat rates for groups of 5 to 500:

Term
As mentioned above, we won’t promise a one-and-done solution. Coaching, training, and mentorship are continuous processes. You should expect engagements to last at least six months. The typical engagement involves two monthly meetings for six to twelve months, transitioning to monthly meetings once we establish systems and processes.
When we are speaking about business coaching and mentorship, those engagements are much more intense. Weekly meetings are often scheduled for up to two years before we move to monthly sessions.
Will we accept a one-hour engagement? Yes, if you want to throw some ideas against the wall and brainstorm solutions with an objective consultant, we can do that.
