You would love to try this, but you don't have time in your day. Don't people understand that you are running a business, have three kids, a house to take care of? How can you find time to try that new book, or workout 4 days a week like the neighbor?
We all run into this at one time or another. We see something we would like to give a try, but we don't have enough time in the day to do it all. This is when prioritizing, and goal setting, are key in our lives.
I agree, that there are only 24-hours in a day. As we make it through the day, we are going to be doing "something" every minute of every hour, and every hour of every day. The question is; what is it that you are doing? Because the moment you are doing something, you are saying no to something else.
We all want to live a balance life, set and achieve goals, but how do we do this? Could you be exercising or watching the news? Could you be drinking a bottle of water, instead of a soda?
Tom Ziglar has a quote that says the "fastest way to success is replacing a bad habit with a good habit". This is another way of saying it; "when you say yes to something, you are saying no to something else".
